Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 trout(s) (salmon trout)
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 3 carrots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp dill, dried
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe for the steamer
Wash the salmon trout thoroughly, season inside and out with pepper and salt. Wash and trim the vegetables, and cut them into small cubes. Stuff the fish with the vegetables and place them in the steamer. Add the remaining vegetables. Sprinkle some dill over the vegetables. The vegetables and fish are cooked in my steamer after 30-40 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the steamer). Mix yogurt, crème fraîche, lemon juice, and dill into a broth, season with pepper and salt, and add it to the steamer for the last 10-15 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
