- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 mango(s)
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- Balsamic vinegar, dark
- olive oil
- Honey
- salt and pepper

Wash the asparagus and cut into approximately 3 cm long pieces. Sauté the asparagus pieces in a pan as desired. Meanwhile, finely chop the mango, avocado, and mozzarella. Prepare a dressing with dark balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix all ingredients with the dressing and enjoy warm or cold. Serve with fresh ciabatta bread.
