Chinese cabbage salad with fried mushrooms and bacon cubes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of Chinese cabbage
  • ½ bowl of cherry tomatoes
  • ½ zucchini
  • 5 mushrooms
  • ½ pack of cheese, grated
  • 1 pack of bacon, diced
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and chop the Chinese cabbage. Clean and halve the tomatoes. Clean and quarter the zucchini. Place everything in a large bowl. Slice the mushrooms. Sauté them in a pan with the bacon bits and a little oil, then add them to the bowl. For the dressing, combine the oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, and honey, then season with salt and pepper. Spread everything over the salad and toss lightly. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese.
