Quinoa pan with mushrooms and garlic

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 120 g quinoa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g mushrooms, of your choice
  • 5 garlic cloves, finely diced
  • 5 sprigs of thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the quinoa thoroughly and cook it in 500 ml of water according to the package instructions. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms along with the thyme and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add the cooked quinoa, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
