Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) rye bread (rye stick)
  • 1 Camembert(s) (goat Camembert)
  • 4 tsp cranberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Cheesecake

Preheat the oven to 250°C. Top the bread with slices of goat’s cheese Camembert, place in an ovenproof dish, and let the cheese melt in the oven. Sprinkle a dollop of cranberries on top before serving, and you have a quick snack.
