Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (cups)
- salt water
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 thick carrot(s)
- 1 small can of peas, fine
- 1 jar bamboo shoot(s)
- 300 g broccoli, frozen
- ½ head of Chinese cabbage
- 2 tbsp sauce (sweet and sour)
- 4 tbsp sauce (teriyaki sauce)
- 1 dash of soy sauce, Chinese
- curry
- Spice mix, Chinese
- Ginger powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the bamboo shoots. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage. Dice the onion and carrot and add them to a large pot with the broccoli, and sauté over high heat. Add the remaining vegetables, except for the peas, to the pot, mix, and sauté. Drain the cooked noodles in a colander, add them, and mix. Drain the peas and add them, stir, season well, and season with the sauces in the order listed above. Mix and serve.
