Fruit curd with cornflakes and nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • sweetener
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 100 g berries (frozen)
  • 1 cup cornflakes, small cup (20 g)
  • 1 tsp nuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the apple, core it, and dice it. Peel the orange and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Mix the quark with the water until smooth and season with vanilla sugar and sweetener. Fold the fruit into the quark and sprinkle with cornflakes and nuts.
