Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg mussels (mussels) frozen pre-cooked
- 400 ml white wine
- 4 pepperoncini, medium hot
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 handful of parsley
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Mussels like on holiday
Thaw the mussels. Slice the onion into rings, slice the garlic, and cut the pepperoncini into thin strips. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion, add the garlic, and cook until translucent. Briefly fry the pepperoncini. Deglaze with white wine and simmer. Add the tomatoes and a handful of chopped parsley. Cook briefly. Add the mussels to the pan, stir, and let them warm through. Serve with white bread and white wine.
