Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus, white, cooked until al dente
- 8 slice(s) white bread, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 8 slices of cooked ham
- 3 eggs
- 150 g crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- 100 g mountain cheese, grated
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Top each slice of bread with a slice of cooked ham, arrange the asparagus spears on top, and roll them up. Place in a greased baking dish. Mix the crème fraîche with the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus rolls and scatter the cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
