Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 small eggs, raw
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for leftover Easter eggs

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them lengthwise and crosswise into small cubes using an egg slicer. Add the remaining ingredients and season generously. Form into patties and fry in oil or other fat over medium heat until golden brown. We served them with hash browns and mustard sauce.
