Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp parsley
- 3 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 small onion(s)
- n. B. Thyme, fresh
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean and finely dice the mushrooms. Roughly chop the feta cheese, onion, and parsley. Sauté the onion in a little oil until translucent, then add the mushrooms and fry. Add the thyme and fry briefly. Crack the eggs, season with salt, pepper, and parsley, and add the feta cheese. Spread the mixture over the mushrooms. Fry until the egg is completely set. Turn briefly and finish frying on the other side.
