  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp Tabasco
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

with Maultaschen and Camembert

First, peel and dice the onions, then sauté half of them in a pan. Finely chop the other half of the diced onions; they’ll go raw in the sausage salad. Thinly slice the Maultaschen, add them to the onions, and fry both until golden brown (for as long or as you like). First, slice the pork sausage, then cut it into thin strips. Chop the pineapple into as small pieces as possible to allow the flavor to develop. Dice the cheese (as best as you can with a soft cheese), and finally, slice the cucumber. Place all ingredients in a marinade made from spirit vinegar, water, oil, Tabasco, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, and let it marinate for 1 hour.
