Tarte flambée with pear and goat cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large pear(s), sweet
  • 100 g goat’s cheese
  • 50 g diced ham
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

ingenious flavor combination

Preheat oven to 250°C (top/bottom heat). Make a dough from flour, salt, oil, and water and roll it out very thinly. Spread the sour cream on the dough and season with salt and pepper. Peel and core the pear, then slice it into not-too-thick wedges. Arrange these wedges, along with the goat’s cheese and ham cubes, on the dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes on the lowest rack. You can also substitute Gorgonzola for the goat’s cheese.
