Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 point feta cheese, approx. 200 – 250 g
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 some paprika powder
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Add the feta cheese. Layer loosely with sliced ​​onions, chopped garlic, and chili peppers. Drizzle with olive oil. Cover the dish with aluminum foil to prevent burning. Bake on the middle rack of the oven at 225°C (425°F) for about 20-30 minutes. I don’t preheat. Remove the aluminum foil for the last 5-10 minutes. Wash the arugula, chop it up a bit, and divide it between two plates. Place the feta cheese in the center. Season with pepper and paprika and add the chili peppers (see picture). Serve with baguette.
