Broccoli Parmesan florets

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 75 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • some oil
  • Paprika powder
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Divide the broccoli into small florets and steam them over salted water until tender but not too mushy. Alternatively, you can use frozen broccoli. Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat) and line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the broccoli florets on the tray, leaving enough space between them, and flatten each one with the bottom of a glass. Pour oil into a bowl, mix with a little paprika, and brush onto the broccoli, then sprinkle with a little sea salt. Grate the Parmesan cheese or use grated Parmesan cheese and spread it evenly over the broccoli. Bake the broccoli in the preheated oven until the cheese is au gratin and the edges of the broccoli are slightly browned and crispy. This takes about 10-15 minutes, depending on the oven. Let cool slightly and serve immediately.
