Plaice on a bed of zucchini and peppers from the steamer

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized plaice(s), filleted
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Lightly season the plaice and place it on the baking sheet. Wash and slice the zucchini. Wash, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Place the vegetables on top and season lightly. Cook on high steam for 25-30 minutes. First place the zucchini and bell peppers on the plates, then add the plaice fillets. Serve with potatoes in sauce or salad, for example.
