Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg fish fillet(s)
  • 500 g zucchini, sliced
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 onions, cut into rings
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • sour cream
  • Vegetable broth or fish stock

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

The vegetables can be changed depending on the season or taste!

Sauté the vegetables, season generously, and season with vegetable or fish stock. Place the fish pieces in a greased, ovenproof dish, spread the vegetables over them, pour in a little stock, and sauté in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. On the plate, top each serving with a tablespoon of sour cream. Serve with parsley potatoes, mashed potatoes, or hash browns!
