Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
For the dough, mix the egg with crème fraîche and margarine. Dissolve the baking soda with a few drops of vinegar and add it (or the baking powder), along with the flour. Knead into a dough. Add more flour if necessary to make the dough firm. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then roll out on a pizza tray and pull up an edge. For the topping, cut the onion and leek into half rings and the carrot into sticks, and fry everything in oil. After about 2 minutes, add the thinly sliced Chinese cabbage. Let it brown lightly. Then spread the vegetables on the dough. Mix 2 eggs with 1 cup of cream. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture evenly over the topping. Sprinkle the top with grated hard cheese, crumbled feta cheese and dill. Bake for about 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
