Herb curd quiche

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 500 g quark (low-fat)
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g herb curd
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Vegetarian

Make a dough with the butter, flour, low-fat quark, salt, and pepper. This dough and filling will fill two baking dishes. Grease the dishes and pour the dough into them, forming a rim about 2 cm high. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Chop the herbs (of course, you can vary the herbs to your taste!). Prepare the quiche filling with the herb quark, eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs, and pour it onto the dough. Bake the quiche for about 45 minutes. Serve the quiche warm with a green salad or lamb’s lettuce.
