easy, tasty and quick to make; suitable for WW
Knead the flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, salt, vanilla extract, margarine, yogurt, and water into a dough and chill for a while. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Peel and core the apples, and cut into 5-7mm thick slices. Place 2/3 of the dough into a silicone springform pan and spread evenly with your fingers or a small rolling pin. Spread the apple slices evenly over the dough base and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll out the remaining dough and place it over the apples as a lid. Brush the lid with a little milk and pierce the cake a few times with a fork. Sprinkle the cake with the remaining tablespoon of sugar. Bake the apple pie on the lowest rack for 40-45 minutes. The cake tastes particularly good served hot with a portion of ice cream. For the WW fans among us, one slice of the pie has 2.4 P.
