Remove the puff pastry from the package and let it rest for about 30 minutes. It shouldn’t be taken straight from the refrigerator; room temperature is recommended. Sprinkle the paprika over it and cut into thin strips. Twist them and bake on baking paper for about 15 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). It’s quick to prepare and makes a great snack for any New Year’s Eve. It can be enhanced in many ways: with cheese, egg, or other spices—give it a try!
