Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 m.-large pak choi
- 100 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth, granulated
- 4 tbsp processed cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sauté the bok choy in the milk for 10-20 minutes. Add the cheese and stir gently until melted. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and stock. Delicious as a side dish.
