Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ chicory
  • 3 slice(s) Gouda, aged
  • 5 drops of olive oil
  • n. B. Sea salt and pepper, black
  • e.g. chili flakes
  • some parsley for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

healthy dish for low-carb

Halve the trimmed chicory and place it in a small, oiled dish. Season with salt and pepper. Then place the Gouda cheese in wider slices on top and sprinkle with chili flakes. Bake the chicory in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, garnish with parsley or another herb and serve.
