Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can of tuna, approx. 195 g
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 tbsp, heaped yogurt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Drain the tuna well, place it in a bowl, and shred it slightly with a fork. Hard-boil the egg. Mix the yogurt, sesame seeds, pepper, salt, and teriyaki sauce in a separate bowl. Add the dressing to the tuna and mix well, ensuring the tuna is completely coated. Peel the hard-boiled egg, slice it, or roughly chop it, and add it to the tuna. Drizzle the Sriracha sauce over the tuna or serve it separately, depending on how spicy you want it. Enjoy the tuna salad on a slice of bread, a lettuce leaf, or simply on its own. Tips: You can add other ingredients, such as chopped onions, diced cucumber, or tomato pieces. If you don’t like sesame seeds, you can omit them or replace them with other seeds, such as sunflower seeds. For a vegan version, the tuna can be replaced with chickpeas or tofu. The teriyaki sauce can be replaced with soy sauce or another ready-made Asian sauce. The salad contains approximately 365 kcal per serving.
