Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 roll(s) of tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated section
- 130 g minced beef
- 40 g smoked bacon (bundle)
- 3 broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp corn
- some salt (Society Garlic Salt) or Himalayan salt
- some chili flakes
- Grated cheese, optional
- 200 g crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes
with chili
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Roll out the tarte flambée dough with the baking paper and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough. Season with salt and chili flakes. Finely grate the broccoli or chop it finely in a food processor. Add it to the cream. Sprinkle the corn on top. Arrange the raw ground beef in small piles over the broccoli. Dice the bundle and arrange it over the broccoli as well. Sprinkle with some cheese, if desired. Bake in the oven on the second rack from the bottom for approximately 12-14 minutes.
