Minced meat pie

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 250 g Gouda, diced
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients, including drained vegetables, into the minced meat and place in a pie dish. No added fat is required. Bake in the oven at approximately 200°C for approximately 40-60 minutes.
