Breaded Chicken Liver

- 500 gr Chicken liver
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 tbsp Cream 30% fat
- Black pepper from the mill
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- 50 g Butter / margarine
- I bought the poultry liver from the butcher I trust. I edited these again at home, by which I mean to say that I removed the white areas.
- After that, I treated the liver just like a carving, without beating. First in flour, then in the egg-cream mix and finally in breadcrumbs. Put some butter in a pan and gently bake / roast the breaded liver in it. As a side dish, as I like it, mashed potatoes, onions with bacon and a dark sauce.
- Yes, I know it’s simple & simple BUT for me it doesn’t always have to be extravagant. It can also be done without frills. It tasted like that too!
