Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Chicken liver
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,75 Paprika
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Oil
  • Marjoram
  • 150 ml Chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken liver into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into fine wedges. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, fry the vegetables in it, add the chicken liver and fry. Add the chicken stock, season, bring to the boil. Finally stir in the sour cream. Homemade mashed potatoes also taste great.
