delicious and an eye-catcher

Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer (dough hook) or ideally with a Thermomix (2 minutes, dough setting). Then let it rise for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into strips about 5-6 cm wide. Fold these strips (also about 5 cm wide). Place the folded bundles sideways (i.e., cut edges at the top and bottom) in a greased springform pan. Start at the outside and work inward. Leave small gaps; the yeast will help the dough rise. Then bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven (200°C, top/bottom heat). Loosen the edge of the pan. Now everyone can tear off the “folds” of the bread. Delicious with: all kinds of spreads, antipasti… We never miss this at parties as an alternative to sweet cakes, and everyone loves it!
