Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 20 balls/n confectionery (Raffaello)
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 can pineapple

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Crush 10-13 Raffaellos and mix with quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, crème fraîche, yogurt, and desiccated coconut. Then fold in the whipped cream. Cut the pineapple into small pieces, leaving only two slices, and fold into the mixture. Quarter the remaining pineapples and garnish with the remaining Raffaellos (I usually mix 15 Raffaellos into the cream and only need 5 for decoration). Refrigerate the cream for a few hours.
