Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g chocolate coating
- 1 pack of chocolate bars (Kinder bars) with 10 pieces
- 1 pack of chocolate sticks (Mikado sticks)
- 100 g coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 drop of food coloring, green
- 1 tbsp water
- Sugar decoration (flowers and carrots) for decoration
- 1 cake (recipe suggestion below)
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 hours; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 2 hours 45 minutes
For decoration, have toy figures such as horses ready. For the meadow, mix the water and green food coloring in a bowl. Add the desiccated coconut and mix well. Then let everything dry overnight on baking paper. Melt the chocolate coating. Place the chocolate bars on a plate, put a dollop of chocolate coating into each indentation, press the Mikado sticks into them and let dry. Cover the cake with the leftover chocolate coating, let it dry slightly, and sprinkle the colored desiccated coconut on top to form the meadow. Leave a little chocolate coating left over to secure the decorations. Decorate the cake with the horses, flowers, and carrots. Finally, attach a fence made of chocolate bars and Mikado sticks. Cover each piece with chocolate coating and press down lightly. The fence is a bit tricky. For the cake, I used a recipe from Valur, but without icing: https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/1358371240571817/Saftiger-Apfel-Schokoladenkuchen.html
