Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (sponge cake, 3-piece, lighter), ready-made
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 150g Nutella
  • 80 g sugar
  • 8 sheets of gelatin
  • 300 ml cream
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tube(s) sugar – icing, brown
  • Sugar decoration (colored confetti), for sprinkling
  • Sugar sprinkles, colored, for sprinkling
  • Cold water for the gelatin

Place the first cake layer on a cake plate. Enclose it in a 24 cm diameter cake ring. For the cream, place the yogurt in a bowl. Heat the Nutella gently. As soon as it becomes liquid, stir it into the yogurt. Add the sugar. Stir everything until smooth. Soak the gelatine in cold water according to the package instructions, then squeeze out the excess water. Dissolve it according to the instructions and stir it into the yogurt cream. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the cream. Spread half of the cream on the first layer. Place the second layer on top and spread the remaining cream on top. Place the third layer on top. Chill everything in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. Only then remove from the tin. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Spread evenly over the edge and surface of the cake. Pipe a face onto the surface of the cake using brown sugar lettering. Decorate with confetti and sugar sprinkles, if desired. Tip: This cake is intended to be a quick and easy way to delight little guests using ready-made sponge cakes. Fillings and decorations can be customized to your own taste.
