Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 red bell peppers
- 4 tbsp oil
- 5 tomatoes
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 250 g feta cheese, from sheep, crumbled
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Deseed and dice the peppers. Add them to hot oil, cover, and fry until softened, about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then add the tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the garlic and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, add the feta cheese, mix everything together, and season with salt and pepper.
