Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 65 g sugar
  • 65 g butter
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 40 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 jar fruit or berries of your choice, drained or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from the above ingredients and place it in a greased springform pan. Form a small rim. Cook the pudding mix, milk, and sugar according to the package instructions to make a pudding and let it cool slightly. Spread the pudding over the shortcrust pastry base. Then arrange the fruit on top. Drain the canned fruit well. Mix the remaining ingredients into crumbles and sprinkle over the fruit. Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 45-50 minutes.
