Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • 1 pack of vanilla cream (dessert cream)
  • 1 pack of lemon cream (dessert cream)
  • 2 small cans of mandarin oranges or peaches
  • 1 cake base (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick cake for those who have little time

Pour the whipped cream, still unwhipped, into a large mixing bowl. Add the vanilla cream and lemon curd packets and mix everything with a whisk or hand mixer. Add 1 small can of mandarin oranges with the juice. Make sure to drain the other can of mandarin oranges before adding it. Spread everything over the cake base and refrigerate for about an hour. Note: This also works with peaches.
