Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 250 g flour
- 60 g cornstarch
- 12 tbsp cocoa
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 40 hazelnuts, whole
- 100 g white chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Make a shortcrust pastry from butter, powdered sugar, flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar. Add a little cold water if the dough is too crumbly. Form the dough into small balls, press a whole hazelnut into each one, and seal to form a nice ball. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack at 175°C for about 20-25 minutes. Let the balls cool and decorate with white chocolate coating.
