Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g flour
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 70 g walnuts, ground
  • 1 pack of chocolate decorations (75 gram drops)
  • Nutella and half walnuts for decoration

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

makes about 60 pieces

Cream together the butter and honey, then add the sugar and vanilla sugar, and stir in the egg. Combine the flour, oats, salt, and baking powder and stir into the butter and sugar mixture. Add the chocolate chips and nuts. Place balls (approx. 2 cm in diameter) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, flatten slightly with a fork, and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan-assisted) for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, top each with a walnut and Nutella.
