Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g butter
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 130 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 400 g nuts, ground
  • Chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Dough: Make a dough from the ingredients. Roll out on a baking sheet. Heat 2 tablespoons of apricot jam and spread it on the dough. Topping: Boil butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and water in a saucepan. Add the ground nuts to the pan and mix until smooth. Spread the mixture on the dough. Bake at 160°C – 180°C for 30 minutes. Cut the warm cake into triangles. Let cool and then coat or dip the nut wedges in chocolate.
