- 300 g gummy bears of your choice, vegan if desired
- 500 ml apple juice
- 1 liter of vodka
- possibly cane sugar

The gummy bears can be sour, red, yellow, or sweet. Important: Please do not use the ones with the white foam, as they don’t taste good! Place the gummy bears in a saucepan and melt on the highest heat while stirring. As soon as the gummy bears dissolve, immediately deglaze with 500 ml of apple juice (cloudy or clear) and stir until everything is dissolved! Then cover the pan and remove from the heat, as the syrup now needs to cool slightly. In the meantime, prepare the bottle for the liqueur. To do this, rinse it with hot water and decorate as desired. Check the syrup occasionally, as the gelatin can cause it to solidify again, even with vegan gummy bears. Now taste it to see if you like the syrup. You can also add cane sugar to taste. When the syrup is good, stir in vodka to taste. Pay attention to how strong you want the liqueur to be. Then pour it into the bottle. Don’t worry if it solidifies—it will return to liquid form at room temperature or with gentle heating. Tip: Add an ice cube to your shot glass before drinking. If you like, the liqueur can also be mixed with energy drinks.
