Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 32 candy(s) (ice cream candy)
  • 700 ml lemonade (Powerade Sports Drink blue)
  • 300 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the candies and lemonade in a saucepan. Heat over low heat – about level 1.5 on an electric stove – for about 5 to 8 minutes without boiling. The candies will begin to dissolve. Then add the vodka to the saucepan and heat over low heat for another 5 minutes without boiling, mixing well until the candies are completely dissolved, stirring slowly constantly. Bottle the warm or hot liqueur. For the Thermomix version, place the candies and lemonade in the Thermomix and heat for 8 minutes at 70°C on level 1 until the candies have dissolved. Then add the vodka to the Thermomix and mix for another 5 minutes at 70°C on level 1. Bottle the hot liqueur.
