  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate (chocolate drops, milk and dark)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Great for Halloween parties or children’s birthdays! Makes 24 muffins.

Combine the first five ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then add the wet ingredients and mix everything for about 2 minutes. Then stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into muffin tins (I added paper baking cups first) and bake them in the oven. Convection oven: 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 23 minutes; top and bottom heat: 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25 minutes. After baking, let the muffins cool. Melt some chocolate coating and lightly press a few dots of it onto the muffins to form the gummy bears. The Halloween chocolate muffins are ready.
