Banana cake with walnuts and chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 200 g walnuts, chopped
  • 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-assisted oven (approx. 200°C top/bottom heat). Mash or puree the bananas and mix them with all the ingredients, except the nuts and chocolate, in a food processor. Chop the walnuts and chocolate and fold them into the batter. Grease a loaf pan, pour in the batter, and smooth it out. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil for the last 15 minutes, as it will brown easily. Do a skewer test.
