Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 250 g sugar
- 350 g hazelnuts, ground
- small wafers
- Hazelnuts, whole, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the sugar and continue beating for a while. Then mix in the ground nuts. With your sugared hand, form small balls, flatten slightly, place on wafer paper, and decorate with a whole nut. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) (140°C fan-assisted) for 20-25 minutes.
