Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 250 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 375 g flour
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 0.5 cm thick and cut out various bunny shapes. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Decorate with chocolate, icing, powdered sugar, or cocoa powder, as desired.
