Make a dough from flour, margarine, 50g grated cheese, oregano, salt, and one egg. Line a round, greased, semi-skimmed baking sheet with the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C until light golden brown. Meanwhile, make a thick sauce from tomato paste, sour cream, one egg, oregano, salt, paprika, and grated cheese (if desired) and spread it on the pre-baked base. Then place the tomato halves on top (they don’t necessarily need to be peeled) and arrange the Gouda strips on top in a lattice pattern. Return to the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 to 30 minutes at 220°C.
