Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 medium-sized bell peppers
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 150 g couscous
- 250 ml broth
- 100 ml cream
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil for frying

quick and easy
Chop the zucchini and bell peppers, and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Heat the oil in a high pan over medium heat and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the vegetables to the minced meat in the pan and mix. Deglaze with the stock, adding salt if desired. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Now add the cream and lemon juice and stir in. Then add the couscous and stir in. Turn off the stovetop and let the pan stand, covered, for about 8 minutes until the couscous has absorbed the liquid. 710 kcal per serving.
