Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ¼ white cabbage
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 pinch of caraway powder
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 bag of rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Using leftovers, quick and easy
Add rice and cook according to instructions. Chop the cabbage and onion as desired. Sear the minced meat until crisp. Once lightly browned, add the onions and cabbage and sauté vigorously. Season, add a little water if necessary, and then simmer with the lid on until tender. Add the rice and mix everything together.
