Leek noodle minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Thuringian Mett
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 300 g spiral noodles
  • salt and pepper
  • Broth, granulated
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

If you need something quick, this is the right thing!

Heat oil in a large pot. Roll the minced meat into small balls and fry them in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash the leek, cut into rings, and add to the minced meat. Add water until well covered. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add the noodles and cook until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and broth, and serve.
