Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 180 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 350 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 cups cornflakes
  • 100 g chocolate (block chocolate), sliced
  • 125 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a batter from melted butter, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Then stir in the cornflakes, chocolate chips, and raisins. Mix well, but do not overmix to avoid crushing the cornflakes. Place walnut-sized balls on a baking sheet or baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
