Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 275 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g chocolate (chocolate chips)
  • 200 ml condensed milk, sweetened (e.g. Milchmädchen)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and use a teaspoon to place small heaps of cookies onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between each cookie. Lightly press the cookies down and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
